On the most beautiful street in Lake Worth Beach: older 3 bedroom home with roomy sleeping arrangements each with a different sized bed: a king, queen, and full bed, and a TV.
You’ve seen our rave reviews for the rear courtyard cottage: now available is the larger front house (this listing).
The downstairs bathroom has a tub. The upstairs bathroom in the upstairs bedroom has a shower.
Share the 30’ foot swimming pool with the rear cottage. The rear cottage has a separate entrance.
Other amenities include a 2 person sauna, a ping pong table, shared lanai patio, gas BBQ.
The front house has: a roomy foyer, a library, a living room, a dining room with an elliptical trainer on one side, a fully equipped kitchen, plus 3 bedrooms (one with two rooms) , and two full bathrooms.
A dog may be permitted with prior approval.
Please note there are steps (3) to access the downstairs bedrooms . And some other small steps in the house, A security camera overlooks the driveway.
