Settle into this bright and comfortable three-bedroom home in a peaceful Thornlands cul-de-sac, with plenty of room to relax indoors and outdoors.
With practical amenities and plenty of space, the home is well suited to families, relocating guests, professionals working in the Redlands area and visitors spending time near Cleveland or Victoria Point.
The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.
The main bedroom includes air conditioning and a ceiling fan, while the remaining bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Please note that not every bedroom has air conditioning.
The separate living room offers comfortable seating, a TV, air conditioning and a ceiling fan—a relaxed place to unwind after a day out.
The spacious kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and ample bench and storage space. A six-seat dining table provides room for shared meals or casual work.
The bathroom includes both a bathtub and separate shower. The toilet is located separately, making the layout more convenient when several guests are staying together.
A dedicated laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making the home particularly practical for longer visits.
Outside, the covered entertaining area includes outdoor seating and overlooks a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of open lawn.

The property is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Parties, events, unregistered visitors and excessive noise are not permitted. Guests must keep outdoor noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and early morning.
The backyard is fully fenced; however, adults remain responsible for supervising children at all times.
***Please note that parties, unauthorised guests, extra vehicles, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. We live nearby and any violation of these rules may result in immediate action, including contacting the police if necessary.***
Keys & call-outs
Please keep keys/fobs with you at all times. Fees may apply for lost keys, lockouts, key delivery, or verified noise complaints:
Lost key/fob replacement: $280
Call-out fee: $100 during business hours / $200 after hours
Extra key set: Deposit + delivery fee may be charged

Fire safety
If the fire alarm is triggered due to guest actions and emergency services attend, any official call-out charges may be passed on to the guest.
