"Located just an 8-minute walk from Santa Marina Beach, Pleamar Ribadesella is a newly built villa designed to offer maximum comfort. This beautiful property focuses on spaciousness and convenience over the number of rooms. As a result, you will enjoy large bedrooms with premium beds, a functional kitchen, a grand living-dining area, and two magnificent porches—ideal for those seeking comfort and relaxation. In addition, the villa includes a complimentary parking space in the residential complex's underground garage.
LAYOUT AND COMFORT:
You will be able to enjoy a LARGE 25m2 SUITE with a KING-SIZE BED, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to its terrace. Additionally, you will have TWO other spacious BEDROOMS with QUEEN-SIZE BEDS that share a SECOND FULL BATHROOM. One of these two bedrooms also has a terrace. All three bedrooms feature LARGE WARDROBES, blinds, and warm lighting, guaranteeing the space, organization, and rest you will need during your stay
Given the exceptional size of the suite, there is plenty of room to easily add an extra bed for a 7th guest.
