Perfect for families and groups, the home sleeps up to 11 and features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, two private balconies, central A/C, and onsite laundry. Enjoy access to a spacious pool deck with sun loungers just steps away, plus garage parking and provided beach gear for easy days by the ocean.

Living & Dining:
The main living level features a bright, coastal inspired open layout designed for spending time together. The comfortable living room offers plenty of seating and a TV, while the adjacent dining area provides seating for approximately seven guests. Just off the dining area is a private balcony with seating for four, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or some fresh ocean air.

The fully equipped kitchen is located just off the living and dining areas and includes a refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, and a dedicated coffee bar. A convenient half bathroom and washer and dryer are also located on this level.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
All four bedrooms are located on the upper level of the home.

The home features two full bathrooms with tub and shower combinations, plus a half bathroom on the main living level. The primary bedroom also opens onto a private balcony with bistro seating for two.

Outdoor Space & Parking:
Enjoy two private balconies during your stay, plus access to the community pool and spacious pool deck with plenty of sun loungers for soaking up the summer sun, all just steps from the home. There is also a shared outdoor area with BBQ`s.

The beach and Wildwood Boardwalk are just 1.5 blocks away, making it easy to leave the car behind and spend the day by the ocean. Surfside Pier is approximately 2.5 blocks away, with plenty of restaurants, shops, attractions, and entertainment nearby. Wildwood convention center is ~ 1 mile away.

Onsite garage parking is available, and the garage is stocked with approximately 10 beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and beach and pool toys for guests to enjoy. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire condo, including all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, two private balconies, onsite laundry, and garage. Guests will also have access to the community pool and pool deck, which are shared with other units in the complex. The pool area features plenty of sun loungers and is located just steps from the home. Please note that this is a multi unit property, so the community pool, pool deck, outdoor common areas, and communal grills are shared with other guests and residents. The condo itself and both balconies are private to your group.

Neighborhood Overview:
Located in the heart of Wildwood, this home puts you close to everything that makes a Jersey Shore vacation memorable. The beach and famous Wildwood Boardwalk are just 1.5 blocks away, making it easy to spend your days on the sand or enjoying the rides, games, food, and entertainment along the boardwalk. Surfside Pier is approximately 2.5 blocks away, while the Wildwoods Convention Center is less than a mile from the home. You`ll also find plenty of restaurants, shops, ice cream spots, and other local favorites nearby, giving you the option to park the car and explore much of Wildwood on foot.

Getting Around:
The home’s central Wildwood location makes it easy to get around on foot, with the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and attractions all nearby. For destinations farther away, driving and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are convenient options.

LISTING NOTES:
PARKING: Two onsite parking spaces are available in the garage.

TVs: There is a TV in the living room and each of the four bedrooms. All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

MULTI UNIT BLDG: This condo is located within a multi unit condo community. The condo itself, garage, and two balconies are private to your group. The pool, pool deck, outdoor common areas, and communal grills are shared with other units in the community.

STAIRS: Stairs are required to access the home. There is approximately 1 step to enter, 10 to 12 steps to reach the second floor, and another 10 to 12 steps to reach the third floor. There is no elevator.

COMMUNITY POOL: Guests have access to the community pool and pool deck located just steps from the home. The pool and pool deck are shared with other units in the community. Please follow all posted pool rules during your stay. Pool use is soley at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Subject to seasonal closures. Pool is open from approx Memorial day through the end of Sept.

HVAC: The home features central heating and air conditioning with a thermostat located on the third floor.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
- No cooking with spices that produces excessive or lingering odors is prohibited - $1,000 deep cleaning fee if required.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- Overnight occupancy may not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
- Do not disable, cover, unplug, remove, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, exterior security cameras, noise monitoring devices, WiFi equipment, locks, or other safety or security equipment.
- Guests must follow all posted and property-specific parking instructions and are responsible for violations, tickets, or towing resulting from their vehicles.
- Fireworks, firecrackers, and other incendiary devices are prohibited.
-Guests may not enter locked closets, owner storage areas, roofs, mechanical areas, crawlspaces, or other areas designated as restricted.
- Electric vehicles, electric bikes, scooters, or other high-draw equipment may not be charged from the property`s electrical system unless specifically authorized.
-The property must be left in reasonably tidy condition. Extraordinary cleaning required beyond a normal turnover may be charged to the Guest.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Cooking & Kitchen Use: Please avoid cooking methods that produce unusually strong or persistent odors, including heavy frying, extended simmering, or excessive use of aromatic spices, that may remain in the home after checkout. Please use the range hood/ventilation and open windows when appropriate while cooking. If cooking results in lingering odors that require professional deodorizing or additional cleaning, guests may be responsible for the associated remediation costs and, where applicable, losses resulting from the home being temporarily unavailable for subsequent guests.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company`s secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The primary guest will be required to review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement prior to check in. The Rental Agreement outlines the terms of the stay, House Rules, guest responsibilities, and other important property policies. Completion of the Rental Agreement is required before access to the property will be provided.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
