The Space:
The front door opens into the living room. The living room has a sectional chase sofa that can turn into a sofa bed and a captain's chair. There are two work desks on the wall to the left and a 65" TV on the wall in front of he couch. To the right is a short hallway to the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Beyond the living room is the kitchen and dining room. The mechanical room is located past the kitchen. You access the deck through the back door in the mechanical room. The mechanical room has plenty of space and extra shelving for storage.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet subdivision. There is no through traffic at this location so traffic is relatively limited.
Getting Around:
2 Minute walk to bus stop, Very bikeable and can also accomplish some errands on foot.
