Independent rural house in Sotillo de las Palomas, at the foot of the Sierra de San Vicente in the Tiétar Valley, very close to the Sierra de Gredos and just 1h15 from Madrid. An ideal rural retreat to disconnect and enjoy nature.
The house offers 90 m² distributed over a living room with kitchen and a full bathroom on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms (two with en-suite toilets) upstairs, accommodating 6-8 guests. The entire house features aerothermal climate control, Wi-Fi, and television.
Outside, you will enjoy a private 1,500 m² plot with a garden, a private 10x6 meter pool (open from May 1 to October 12), solar shower, and outdoor bathroom. There is also a large covered patio with barbecue and wood-fired oven, perfect for outdoor meals and gatherings. An electric vehicle charger is available for an extra fee, and free parking is provided next to the house.
The area offers a paddle tennis court just 5 minutes’ walk away, futsal and basketball courts 10 minutes away, and numerous hiking and cycling routes through the Sierra de Gredos. The village has essential services such as a bar-restaurant, convenience store, and pharmacy. Talavera de la Reina is well connected by public transport from Monday to Friday, and the theme park is an hour’s drive away.
