The Cocoonr agency is offering this apartment, decorated in the style of a Breton penty, for rent in the heart of the seaside resort of Bénodet, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. With a floor area of 43 m², it can accommodate up to 3 guests.
Situated on the second and top floor of a small block of flats, it comprises a 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom
with a shower.
The flat is laid out as follows:
The entrance hall with storage space and a utility room.
An internal staircase then leads to the main rooms:
- A south-facing living room with a double sofa bed (140x190), a dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen including: coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, induction hobs…
- A bedroom with two single beds (90x190) that can be pushed together to form a king-size double bed. An en-suite bathroom with a shower.
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The flat is ideally situated in the heart of Bénodet, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and cafés, a market, a cinema and a casino…
