Can't say enough about this house and the owners. Nicest, most well equipped and cleanest house we've rented. Brian was attentive, helpful and kind. This house had everything our young family needed and we hosted several families to watch Canada advance in their world cup game last Saturday! Every guest we had loved this home. Our kids want to go back yesterday. Highly recommend! Thank you Brian!

This Birch Bay property exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. The interior is stunning, with a great open layout, and it was clear that the hosts have put a lot of thought into keeping it well-stocked and sparkling clean. We loved hanging out on the front area of the house—it was such a relaxing, lovely space that we didn't even mind the beach access not being what we expected. A perfect getaway! If you are a light sleeper and lights bother you; bring a sleeping mask. The sun comes in through all of the gorgeous windows. Just a bit of advice.

Omg!! Don’t miss this house! I’m super picky when it comes to staying anywhere besides my own home so believe me when I say, THIS IS A GREAT PLACE! Pictures don’t nearly do it justice. It’s a very bright home -lots of natural light and on-point amenities. High ceilings and beautiful trendy decor with well stocked kitchen. With its uplifting and cozy ambience, it’s hard leave!! We plan to stay there again some day. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed. Oh BTW It’s owned by a father and son. Super nice and totally responsive to my questions. Great folks!

This house is amazing! We’ve stayed in many places along the bay and this one is definitely the nicest. It has everything you need and was very comfortable for our family of 8. We highly recommend this place!
