There’s also plenty of room for vehicles, with ample onsite parking and the option to park securely behind the property’s gate—especially helpful for guests traveling with multiple cars, trailers, or recreational gear.

The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware, stainless appliances, a dishwasher, cabinetry, stone counters, a large island, a Nespresso machine, and a kitchen TV. Starter paper goods, dish soap, detergent, trash bags, and cleaning products are provided.

Third Bedroom / Kids’ Room: A playful children’s room with a full daybed and couch/futon for extra sleeping, colorful books on wall shelves, a mini kids’ table and chairs, and a giant stuffed giraffe.

As with any pet-friendly property, while our professional cleaning team thoroughly cleans between every reservation, guests with severe pet allergies may wish to consider a pet-free home.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire home except for:
One locked bedroom closet (Third Bedroom)
The backyard shed at the end of the driveway. (Guests are able to use shed under carport.)

Check-in is a breeze with our smart lock system, and you’ll receive your custom arrival instructions before your stay.


~~A Few Things to Note~~

Guests are required to complete a Rental Agreement, provide ID verification, and either purchase a damage waiver or submit a refundable security deposit prior to check-in.

Pets must be included with your reservation, and applicable pet fees apply.

Children and pets should always be supervised around the outdoor kitchen.

The home is accessed via exterior porch steps and is not wheelchair accessible.

Boat or trailer parking may be available with prior approval.

Please park only within the designated driveway.

No smoking or vaping. A $1,000 cleaning fee applies if this policy is violated.

No parties or events permitted.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Weather along the Mississippi Gulf Coast can occasionally impact travel and utilities. Refunds cannot be issued for weather-related events or circumstances outside our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
