Pindara is an Aboriginal word meaning “High Ground”—a perfect description of this contemporary pavilion home. Set on the Newrybar scenic escarpment, Pindara Estate was fully renovated in June 2025 and offers breathtaking views across the valleys below and the ocean between Broken Head and Lennox Head.
Access to this exclusive 78-acre estate is via a long, private driveway, leading to a residence designed for complete privacy and effortless indoor–outdoor living. The private master wing enjoys complete seclusion, with ocean, valley, and garden views from its own open deck area. Features include a large walk-in wardrobe, automated blinds, and a state-of-the-art ensuite. The remaining three bedrooms are positioned in a separate pavilion across the other side of the main living area, serviced by two additional bathrooms and a seperate media room.
The home is powered by a 22kW solar array with 30kW of battery storage, supported by grid power when required. The surrounding gardens are beautifully maintained, showcasing both native and exotic plantings.
