Coconuts 106 is a renovated ground-floor beachfront one-bedroom on Holmes Beach. Open the back slider, cross the screened lanai, and you are on the sand — no stairs at all. Gulf views from the living room, kitchen, and lanai. King bed, queen sleeper, full kitchen, shared heated pool and grills. Four beach chairs, a cart, and an umbrella included. Sleeps four.
