The property features three bedrooms including a primary room with a double and a single bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with a single bed. Guests have access to a full bathroom complete with a relaxing bathtub and an additional half bathroom for extra convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and dishes. Enjoy meals at the dining table or step out into the private garden for fresh air. Essential laundry amenities including a washer and dryer are provided to ensure a stress free experience during your stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have full and private access to the entire house, ensuring a comfortable and independent experience. Please note that parking is available on the street, with both free and paid options nearby to suit your needs.

After booking, you’ll receive an invite with a link to our guest app—this is genuine and grants you access to the house manual and all details about your stay.

You’ll also be asked to complete a verification process, including a deposit or waiver payment, to protect your reservation.

The property is self check-in and keys are available onsite. All instructions will be available in the app 24 hours before check-in, once the verification process is complete.

London Southend Airport is the closest major hub, reachable in approximately thirty five minutes by car, while the M25 motorway is easily accessible for those exploring further afield.

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note that check in is from 15:00 and check out is by 11:00. After booking, you will receive an invitation to our guest app, which is required to access your house manual and stay details. Before your arrival, we require a verification process, which includes a deposit or waiver payment to secure your reservation. Once verified, self check in instructions will be provided in the app 24 hours before your stay. Please be aware that the minimum age for booking is 25. Smoking and events are strictly prohibited, and we cannot accommodate pets.
