The space
Stepping inside, guests are welcomed by elegant Victorian interiors filled with character, generous proportions and timeless charm. The ground floor has been thoughtfully arranged to suit larger groups, offering a variety of beautiful spaces where everyone can gather together or enjoy a quieter moment.

At the heart of the house is the spacious country kitchen, complete with a traditional four-oven Aga, modern cooking appliances, generous preparation space and everything needed to cater for larger parties. Two dishwashers, multiple fridges, a pantry and utility room make mealtimes wonderfully practical, while an informal breakfast area offers the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxed family breakfasts.

High-quality linens, fluffy towels, hairdryers, Wi-Fi and ample storage come as standard, while blackout curtains help ensure a restful night's sleep. A thoughtful mix of en-suite and beautifully maintained shared bathrooms provides flexibility for families and larger groups, with toiletries supplied for every stay.

One of the house's standout features is the impressive billiards room, complete with a full-size snooker table, comfortable seating and another roaring fire, making it a favourite gathering place after a day exploring the Highlands.
