Some basic rules so we can all enjoy the space:
- No smoking inside: The interior of the ranch is 100% smoke-free. If you want to smoke, you can do so outside, but be sure to put out your cigarette butts completely to prevent fires.
- Using the fireplace: If you use the fireplace, do not place anything in it that could cause a fire, such as clothing or items not intended for the fireplace.
- Fire extinguisher: A fire extinguisher is available in case of emergency.
- Grill and fire pit: If you use the grill or fire pit, be sure to extinguish them completely when you’re finished.
- Front door: Always keep the ranch’s front door closed.
- Washing dishes: Do not leave dirty dishes out.
- Parking: Park your car in the designated area.
- Confetti and fireworks: The use of confetti and fireworks is not permitted for safety reasons.
- Trash: There is a trash bin outside the ranch where you can dispose of your trash before leaving.
- Unregistered guests: If you bring unregistered guests, there will be a charge of $500 per person.
- Furniture: Do not move the furniture.
- Pets: The ranch is pet-friendly!
