Welcome to our luxurious and modern 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Lancaster Gate. Just a 7-minute walk from Lancaster Gate (Circle Line) and a 10-minute walk to Paddington station.
Our apartment offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for up to 4 guests.

Our spacious and bright apartment is designed with a modern, neutral decor that exudes elegancy and tranquility. The apartment features are:
Two Bedrooms: Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable beds. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.
You will also have a second bathroom both are equipped with baths and showers inside the bath, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic amenities you need to prepare meals during your stay. Please note that the space does not include a dining table/area.
Lounge: A comfortable and stylist lounge area where you can relax, watch TV on the large TV, or enjoy a good book.
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own space during your stay.
These apartments also have a porter operating the reception area.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For bookings of 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking.
*Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down between 10pm and 8am
*No house parties
*No smoking allowed
*No pets allowed
*Please remove your shoes inside the property
*Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed beforehand
*Please do not move furniture
*All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure
*Failing to return keys to the key box will result in an extra fee of £90
*Losing a set of keys will result in an *£150 charge to get them replaced. (*The penalty charge may be more if we need to get the locks changed.)
We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
