Arrive, take a deep breath, immerse yourself—that’s exactly why we built this house in 2026.
Located on the outskirts of town, right next to fields and forests, the villa combines modern architecture with what makes the Black Forest so special: plenty of peace and quiet, plenty of nature, and absolute privacy.
A few special extras that make your stay exceptional any time of year:
→ a heated, chlorine-free natural pool
→ an indoor sauna with a large window overlooking the countryside
→ a fire pit in the garden for balmy evenings under the starry sky
→ a freestanding bathtub with a view of the greenery
→ Secure parking and charging for bicycles and e-bikes in the garage
The natural pool can be heated to a pleasant 25–29 °C from April through October—completely chlorine-free thanks to biological treatment. No chlorine smell, no red eyes—just clear, soft water with a view over the hills. If you’d like to swim in the heated pool during the off-season, please let us know before booking. Ice swimming is always allowed 🥶
The sauna features a large panoramic window overlooking nature—it’s mirrored on the outside, so no one can see inside. Sauna towels and bathrobes are provided for you.
There are 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors (100% blackout): three rooms with queen-size double beds, and one room with two single beds, which we’ll be happy to push together into a 180-cm king-size bed upon request. Bed linens, bathrobes, and towels are, of course, included.
The open-concept kitchen-living area with floor-to-ceiling windows is fully equipped—including an espresso machine and a capsule machine as an alternative. You can linger at the large dining table for 8 while the sun sets behind the hills outside.
The entire house has underfloor heating, which also cools in the summer—providing a comfortable climate without the drafts from air conditioning.
In the large garden, you’ll find sun loungers, a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a large Weber gas grill (gas provided). Electric awnings provide shade on the patio.
High-speed Wi-Fi (1000 Mbit/s), a workspace with a printer, and a smart TV are available—in case you do decide to stay indoors.
The entire house across all 3 floors—including the pool, sauna, garage, garden, fire pit, and grill—is all yours! Only one storage room is locked.

Important to know!!
The house is suitable for guests ages 13 and older. The ground-level natural pool for non-swimmers does not have a child safety feature, so for safety reasons we unfortunately cannot accommodate younger children.
The house is in a wonderfully quiet location—a car is recommended.
There is currently a construction site nearby, so there may be noise from there during the day.
There is no traditional air conditioning, but there is cooling underfloor heating throughout the house.
Dogs are welcome (35€ surcharge, regardless of the number)
