La ubicación en el centro de Huánuco, cerca de todo. La amabilidad y cordialidad del personal a cargo.
Hay una rampa de ingreso al interior del hotel, adyacente a la recepción, al que deberían ponerle una baranda con pasamanos porque hay un desnivel que podría ser riesgo de caída del huesped que ingrese por allí, sobre todo los nuevos huéspedes que no están advertidos. Pero eso es solucionable.
