Jeep Friendly Smoky Mountain Cabin with Views

Summary:

Jeep friendly home tucked away in a quiet area with close access to everything in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. Nestled on a dead end street with only a few homes, our home offers privacy and tranquility. Direct access to both the main floor and the basement lets you offload luggage on the level you need. A carport on the basement level gives you the freedom to get in and out of your vehicle during inclement weather.



The Space:

The main floor boasts beautiful views with two huge ten foot glass and wrought iron bifold doors that completely open up to a large, oversized deck overlooking the mountain side. Enjoy a relaxing time in the sunroom that is surrounded by windows overlooking the mature trees that cover the property. The master bedroom joins the sunroom to give you the perfect opportunity to lounge around and relax in the Smoky Mountains. A second bedroom, located on the basement level, has two bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom of each bunk and a twin extra long on the top bunk of each bedroom. Both bedrooms have a large flat screen television so you can stay in bed and watch your favorite programs. There are plenty of charging ports throughout the home, including two wireless chargers on each side of the king size beds that will charge your phone and watch each night. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, including a double oven electric range, dishwasher, over the range microwave, and refrigerator. A full size washer and dryer are located next to the downstairs bedroom. Enjoy grilling on the charcoal style grill next to the deck while taking in the mountain air.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the main floor, which consists of the living room and kitchen in an open floor plan, the sunroom that joins the master bedroom, and a bathroom. Downstairs in the basement you will have access to the second bedroom, which sleeps four, the downstairs bathroom, and the laundry room. Outside you will have access to the carport and the deck. The home sits on a half acre so you have adequate space for privacy.



The Neighborhood:

Very quiet and peaceful home located on a dead end street with only a few homes on the street. The homes are spaced out to give a private, relaxing experience. The oversized deck overlooks the woods that cover the side of the mountain for a peaceful atmosphere.



Getting Around:

Enjoy being out of the hustle and bustle of the Parkway but easily accessible to everything. Travel the back roads into Gatlinburg through the Arts and Crafts section, or jump into Pigeon Forge through the many side roads that take you where you want to go without the traffic.



Other Things to Note:

The home is accessed by mountain roads that can be steep and winding in places. A four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle is recommended during winter months. Parking is available in the carport on the basement level and in the driveway.



The property has two levels connected by an interior staircase, so guests with mobility limitations should plan accordingly. There is no elevator.



A full size washer and dryer, iron, and basic starter supplies are provided. A charcoal style grill is available on the deck. Guests supply their own charcoal.



The home is in a residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after ten in the evening.



All guests must complete a short pre-arrival check-in form before check-in details are provided. This is required for every reservation with no exceptions. The form verifies guest identity, confirms contact details, and includes agreement to the house rules.
