A contemporary light filled studio located a short walk from Gnarabup's beautiful beaches and world renowned surf breaks. Studio 25 is the perfect base to return to after enjoying all that the famous Margaret River Wine Region has to offer.
Studio 25 is decorated with new, modern furnishings and comfortably sleeps 4. There are 2 large queen bedrooms, lounge area with smart TV and platinum Foxtel. There is a spacious bathroom with bath and laundry facilities, a separate toilet, an outdoor shower area and an additional courtyard with seating and BBQ.
The KITCHENETTE ( not a full kitchen ) is equipped with convection microwave and grill, convection hotplate, bar fridge and full size fridge, electric frypans, sandwich maker, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. All crockery, cutlery and kitchen essentials are supplied. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and butter are supplied.
Luxury linen including towels and beach towels are provided.
No additional cleaning fees.

Perfect little property for a quick a getaway, clean tidy and in a lovely location close to the beach and only a 10-15 minute drive to Margaret river main street. The addition of being able have my dog with me was excellent !! Highly recommended and will definitely be staying again !! 😊

Studio was clean and modern and loved the big bath. Was surprised there was no kitchen to cook in, and dishes had to be carried through to the bathroom/laundry sink. It was great that the dog could stay with us. It is in a great spot, and close to good amenities and cafes. Not a great place to be if weather isn't great as indoor area is small and not really big enough to cater for 4 adults.

Lovely, clean & modern two bed place with great amenities! The owners were very helpful and easy to contact and I’d highly recommend staying here.
