About this house rental
Modern house finished in 2018. Bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs to take advantage of the views. Every window you look out from upstairs has a view of the ocean as we are on a peninsula. 1km walk to the pub along the beach or road. This is a fabulous quiet natural location as Fenit is less than 15 mins by car to Tralee. It is also less than 40 mins to Kerry Airport and less than one hour to Killarney and Dingle. It's 7km's to the world renowned Arnold Palmer golf course.

1km's walk along the beach or road to the pub, shop or Marina. Triple glazed windows. The walls have cavity insulation. You rarely need to turn on the infloor heating. The house has a maritime theme with driftwood like wood for all the inbuilt wardrobes. It takes huge advantage of natural light and yet is superbly insulated.
