The cottage is situated on a beautiful countryside property with Gotland ponies and friendly hosts living next door. If the children would like to go for a pony ride, simply ask the owners – they are usually happy to arrange one for a small fee. The cottage features an open-plan layout combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The sofa converts into a comfortable double sofa bed (140 cm), while the cozy bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Outside, you will find a pleasant patio with outdoor furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and a lovely garden offering plenty of space for children to play, shared with the owners. Enjoy the close proximity to the sea, the beach, breathtaking sunsets, and the beautiful natural surroundings, perfect for relaxing walks. The idyllic beach in Ugglarp is a popular family destination, offering both sandy shores and sun-warmed rocks. The surrounding area boasts beautiful forests, open meadows, and excellent cycling routes. At the northern end of Långasand Beach, the tranquil Suseån River flows into the Kattegat Sea. Here you will also find a nature reserve with several scenic walking trails. Both the Suseån River and the Kattegat offer excellent fishing opportunities (a fishing permit is required). Several golf courses are located nearby, with Falkenberg Golf Club being the closest. Be sure to visit the charming village of Slöinge, famous for its artisan bakery and café, an ice cream factory, and local delicacies. In nearby Heberg, you'll find the well-known Laxbutiken, offering both a restaurant and a shop filled with delicious seafood specialties. The coastal town of Falkenberg is just a short drive away. During the summer, it offers a wide selection of cozy restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities, as well as the long sandy beach at Skrea Strand. Just south lies the vibrant summer town of Halmstad, known for its lively atmosphere, the white sandy beaches of Tylösand, and several renowned golf courses. For shopping enthusiasts, the famous Gekås Ullared shopping centre is only about a 40-minute drive away, offering an enormous selection of products at attractive prices.
