Ocean Block and view of the ocean!
Located on the second floor of the Mariner's Court complex, this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath TH style condo is steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Park your car and walk everywhere - restaurants, Funland, concerts at the bandstand, Rehoboth Ave shopping, etc... On site covered parking for 2 cars. Vehicle clearance is 7 ft for larger SUV's.
Renters provide their own sheets, towels, and paper/soap products. A list of companies that will deliver linens and other beach items to the front door of our condo can be provided if you prefer to rent vs bring your own linens.
This ocean block condo is perfect for a relaxing getaway - We rent Sunday to Sunday in season. Choose a week or two for a stay during prime summer months or a week or long weekend in the spring or in the fall. This is condo is the largest style of the TH style condos at Mariner's Court and has an over sized living and dining area with a pass-thru open kitchen. The large 20 ft. deck is open / uncovered for maximum sunbathing with views of the ocean.
Bedrooms and baths:
Two bedrooms are located upstairs and there is a full bath on this level.
Master - king bed
2nd BR - 2 twin beds
One Bedroom on the first floor / entry level (full size sleep sofa) with a full bath (shower).
Living room - queen size sleep sofa
Stackable laundry is on the second floor.
Mariners Court amenities: off street parking for 2 cars, Bellman's carts and an elevator allow for easy unloading and loading your car, bike racks, large pool, and a grilling and picnic area.
The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day and often later in September if pool attendants are available and the weather cooperates.
For summer and fall: bring a bag of charcoal for a cookout. There are grassy spots to set up your corn hole game too!
Outside shower - Rinse your sandy chairs, feet and toys in our outside shower located by the stairwell near the elevator before taking a swim in our pool or returning to the condo.
We require all guests to sign a personalized agreement to rent the condo and provide a copy of their drivers license to complete the rental process. I will contact you once you have reserved and send a message asking you for your information so I can create your agreement and will email it to you. We have a minimum rental age of 25. No pets and no smoking or vaping in the condo or on the deck.
Maximum number of guests allowed is 8, which includes adults, children and infants. The City of Rehoboth licenses and mandates the total number of occupants and for this reason, we cannot allow more than 8 total occupants.
The condo rents weekly (Sunday to Sunday) from the beginning of June to the end of August. Partial week rentals are available May, September and October. Email or message me to inquire about 3 or 4 or 7 day rentals for pre-summer or after Labor Day mini vacation stays.
Wifi is available throughout the building (pool and picnic tables/grilling area included).
2 separate off street parking spaces and are provided and located under the building. Garage clearance entrance is 7 ft.
Parking spots are available for use from 3PM the day you check in until 10AM the day you check out.
Please note: All cars *must* be moved from the Mariner's Court parking lot no later than 10AM on checkout day.
Guests have access to entire condominium, pool and grilling/picnic table area.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
All beds have a bedspread, blanket and pillow(s) with pillow protectors. Please return blankets to closets at the end of your stay.
