About this house rental
The space
Welcome! You've found a quiet little corner of Seattle that feels like a real neighborhood, not a tourist strip—and we're so glad to have you. You'll have the entire top portion of the townhome to yourself, with your own private entrance, so you can come and go as you please and feel completely at home.
Step inside and you'll see why guests love it here. Light pours in through the windows all day, and the queen bed is made up with fresh, crisp linens just for you. Curl up on the sofa for a movie on the smart TV, or roll up your sleeves in the fully stocked chef's kitchen and cook something wonderful. When you're ready for fresh air, there's more than one spot to relax outside—a cozy patio and a rooftop where you can take in the green treetops and even catch a glimpse of the mountains in the distance. And with both AC and heating, you'll be comfortable no matter the season.
Just outside your door is one of Seattle's most diverse and food-loving neighborhoods. Wander right outside you'll find great coffee, a bookstore to browse, and dinner from half a dozen cultures. The independent cafés, bakeries, and shops of Columbia City and Hillman City are all close by, and the weekend farmers market is just up the road.
Spend your mornings on the trails at Seward Park, your afternoons by Lake Washington, and your evenings discovering Columbia City's restaurants—then come home to a calm, comfortable space that's all your own. Getting around is easy too, with transit nearby for car-free trips downtown or out to the airport.
Whether you're here to explore, work, or visit loved ones, we hope you'll feel right at home. We can't wait to host you!
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the upper unit of the townhome except a few locked off supply chests.
Note, the back patio off the living room is shared with the long term tenant downstairs and this is where they store their bikes. You may see them come and go to grab it/return it.
Other things to note
This is the upper unit of a duplex. The lower level is occupied by a long-term resident, but the two spaces are entirely separate with no shared interior areas, so you'll enjoy full privacy throughout your stay. You likely won't cross paths. The back patio of the living room is shared and this is where they store their bikes, you may see them come and go.
