The main living level is upstairs, where soaring raked ceilings and exposed rafters create a bright, airy setting for slow breakfasts, long lunches and evenings spent together. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area makes entertaining effortless, with premium appliances, generous stone benchtops and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The sleeping spaces are thoughtfully arranged across both levels. Upstairs, the second bedroom features two Single beds and sits opposite the dedicated study nook, while the downstairs bedroom provides a Queen-size bed, built-in storage and its own ensuite. The downstairs ensuite also has a second door opening to the hallway, allowing it to function conveniently as a separate bathroom for other guests.



For beach days, the warm and cold outdoor shower downstairs makes rinsing away sand and salt easy before heading inside. With air conditioning, ceiling fans, quality finishes, generous storage and a practical layout, every detail has been considered for an easy coastal stay.

STRICTLY NON-SMOKING: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, inside or outside, including the upstairs balcony, garage, driveway and outdoor areas. Guests who disregard this requirement may be liable for additional cleaning costs or a smoking-related fee where applicable.



SEPTIC SYSTEM: The property uses a septic pump system for downstairs wastewater and sewage. To protect the system and prevent blockages, only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilets. Please do not flush wipes, sanitary products, tissues, paper towel or any other items.



BEACH SHOWER: A warm and cold outdoor shower is provided downstairs for rinsing off sand and salt after enjoying the beach or creek. Please make use of the outdoor shower before entering the villa with sandy feet or belongings.



PARKING: One vehicle can be accommodated in the garage, with one additional vehicle in the driveway. The garage is not suitable for two cars.



RESIDENTIAL SETTING: Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
