Completed in June 2026, Windy Hill Cottage offers the perfect blend of rustic mountain charm and modern comfort, creating an inviting retreat for a weekend escape or an extended stay.
Designed with relaxation in mind, Windy Hill features a spacious covered wraparound deck complete with rocking chairs and outdoor dining for four—perfect for taking in the peaceful mountain surroundings. After a day of exploring the High Country, unwind in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit beneath the stars while enjoying the tranquility of nature.
Inside, you'll find a warm and welcoming space filled with thoughtful rustic touches. The living room features a large TV and electric fireplace, creating the perfect setting for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, along with a pub-style bar for dining and conversation. A covered back porch offers a gas grill for outdoor cooking.
Windy Hill was thoughtfully designed as a relaxing couples' getaway, making it an ideal destination for romantic escapes, anniversary celebrations, and quiet weekends with friends. The home features two private king suites, each offering a comfortable retreat with its own bathroom and walk-in shower. The spacious layout and peaceful outdoor living areas encourage relaxation, connection, and quality time together. While families are welcome, please note that the cottage does not provide child-specific amenities such as cribs, high chairs, bathtubs, toys, or safety gates.
One of Windy Hill's most distinctive features is its unique design and attention to detail. We are also proud to be pet-friendly. To help us maintain the home for all guests, we kindly ask that pets not be left unattended, that owners clean up after them outdoors, and that you bring sheets or blankets to cover any furniture your pets may use.
Stay connected with high-speed Starlink internet, ideal for streaming, remote work, or keeping in touch while enjoying your mountain getaway.
Please Note: The gravel driveway is somewhat steep. Two level parking spaces are available at the top of the driveway with adequate room to maneuver when exiting. Upon arrival, you'll walk up a short set of steps to the covered wraparound porch, where a convenient keypad provides easy self-check-in at the front door.

We welcome pets! A non-refundable pet fee is required for all pet stays. To help us keep Windy Hill Cabin pet-friendly for future guests, we ask that you bring sheets or blankets to cover any furniture your pets may use.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damages they may cause. For the safety and comfort of your pet, please do not leave them unattended inside the cabin.
Firewood
Complimentary firewood is provided for your enjoyment. Please be mindful of the amount you use, as we are not able to restock firewood between every guest stay. We appreciate your consideration so future guests can enjoy the fire pit as well. Thank you!

We strive to provide a 5-star experience for every guest. If you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to call or text me. If it's after 9:00 PM and you have an urgent issue, please call until I answer. I'm usually an early-to-bed, early-to-rise person and may not hear my phone right away.
