★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★
.☛ Maximum occupancy: 10 registered guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time. No unauthorized visitors.
.☛ Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor areas.
.☛ Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance. Late check-out requests should be made at least 24 hours before departure.
.☛ Trash & Recycling: Pickup is Wednesday. Place bins out Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning and return them the same day. Separate trash and recycling, and always keep garbage secured in the bear box/garbage cage to prevent wildlife access.
.☛ Wildlife is common in the area. Never feed or approach bears, deer, raccoons, foxes, or other wildlife. Do not leave food or trash outdoors.
.☛ Hot Tub: Use ends at 10:00 PM. No glass containers near the hot tub. Please replace the cover after each use.
.☛ Fire Pit: Guests must bring their own firewood and fire starter. Never leave a fire unattended, burn only natural firewood, fully extinguish the fire before going inside, and do not use during high winds.
.☛ Please treat our home with care. Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately. Before checkout, load or wash used dishes, gather used towels in the laundry area, and lock all doors and windows when leaving.
.☛ Violations of house rules may result in a $500 penalty per violation, additional charges for damages or HOA fines, immediate cancellation without refund, and removal from the property if necessary.

.☛ Our sauna and EV charger are currently undergoing setup and are not yet operational. We are actively working to get them up and running as quickly as possible, and we will share an update as soon as they are ready for use.
