Great location! Nestled just blocks north of the Denver Zoo, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, and the sprawling acres of City Park, our stylish remodeled Victorian carriage home is the ultimate launchpad for your Colorado adventure. Enjoy the perfect blend of city excitement and relaxation.
Quick access to I-70 if you want head to the mountains for a day of hiking or skiing. Within a ten minute drive to Denver Botanical Gardens, RiNo (River North Art district), Coors Field, downtown Denver and numerous restaurants and bars. This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Denver. Guests will find two king beds and one queen bed, two bathrooms (both with showers and one with a bathtub/shower combo). There is a cute outdoor space for relaxing after your day of exploring. Enjoy a cool atmosphere inside with air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable year-round. Whether you’re here for work or play, this enjoyable home provides a wonderful base for your stay. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
The Space:
After a day of exploring, come home to a bright, comfortable, and fully equipped space designed for relaxation. The first floor bedroom has a king size bed. The first floor bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Unwind by watching TV in the open concept living room or grab a board game or some cards from upstairs to play with your family and friends. Walk across the street to eat dinner at a fine dining establishment or cook a fresh meal in the full kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Pots and pans as well as eating utensils, cooking utensils, plates and bowls are provided. The washer and dryer are located on the first floor. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided.
The second floor includes one bedroom with a king size bed; one bedroom with a queen size bed; a bathroom with a shower; and a desk area in case you have to do a little work while on vacation.
Out the Front Door:
There is a rotating beer bar, ice cream shop and fine dining restaurant across the street. A little neighborhood donut shop nearby is a quick walk in the morning. There is a culinary haven for delicious tacos two blocks away. If visiting with kids, there is a playground down the block and a big playground at City Park. Walk or take a 2-minute drive South to the Denver Nature and Science Museum to watch an IMAX movie or go see the newest addition to the Denver Zoo, a baby Sumatran orangutan named Rambutan.
Our house is located near a quick, direct access to I-70 West, putting you on the highway to the Rocky Mountains in minutes. Whether you are here to see the museums, attend special occasions, visit friends, brewery-hop through downtown Denver or wake up early to hike a 14er, this is your perfect basecamp!
