OK, except not knowing when the owner was going to come into the downstairs area, where we were at for the owner to do laundry. No locked door separating the room area and the owners living area.

The property was well maintained and nicely located with a view from above the La Canada, easily accessible, and adequate space for leisure activity.

My son and I stayed here for a quick getaway and had a delightful experience. The outdoor area is gorgeous and perfect for the 10 year old as there is a tether ball pole and basketball hoop. The living room is more spacious than it appears in the pictures and the space is light, airy and immaculate. Dmitry was very nice and accommodating and we had plenty of privacy. Highly recommend this property.
