Retreat to this unique garage apartment right next to the horse track! This apartment was built originally to host Horse jockeys during the 1950s. This artist apartment is good for a peaceful get away, a landing point for the excellent nature that Arkansas has to offer.
This a three room apartment with a small bathroom, full shower, full eat in kitchen, living room and bedroom on the second floor. Decorated uniquely with my favorite artwork.
