Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming studio for rent in Bray-Dunes, less than 30 metres from the beach. It measures 32 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
Located on the 3rd floor (with a lift), the studio is laid out as follows:
- An entrance hall with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- A 33 m² living area with a TV, dining area, sofa and sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Outside:
- A 3 m² terrace, north-facing with a side view of the sea and outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days
The studio is ideally situated in Bray-Dunes, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Things to do:
- The sailing club and its sailing school are just a short walk away.
- On either side of the town, magnificent dunes are perfect for a stroll.
- Plopsaland theme park, in Belgium, is just a 10-minute drive away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 vehicle).
