Perfect for monthly stays, workcations, and business travelers, the apartment is filled with natural light, contemporary furnishings, and a relaxed atmosphere ideal for unwinding or working remotely. The thoughtfully designed kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals.
The bedroom features a king bed with plush bedding, creating a peaceful space to rest and recharge. The modern bathroom offers a clean, refreshing setting, while a private balcony just off the bedroom provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or fresh air above the city streets. Guests also have access to the building's gym, making it easy to stay active during longer stays.
Located steps from restaurants, cafés, and nightlife, and close to Tompkins Square Park, SoHo, Nolita, and Greenwich Village, Sunshine Cottage places you in the center of downtown Manhattan.

Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor with elevator access.
Guests do not have access to the mailbox.
Parties are not permitted, and we kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM.
Security deposit
Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
