Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. There is parking space for 2 cars on the driveway and you are also welcome to park in the garage.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details 24 hours before your arrival date.

We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in North Naples, just east of Naples Park. The house is conveniently located close to both US41 and I75 and we are approximately a 10 minute drive from the main Vanderbilt Beach access and also the Blue Bill Wiggins Beach access point and the beautiful Delanor-Wiggins State Park (a 20 minute bike ride).

We are a 7-minute drive from Mercato, home to Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack and Silverspot Cinema, a 12-screen premier-style theater. You will also find notable restaurants and retailers, including Blue Martini, Bravo Cucina Italiana, The Capital Grille, Charming Charlie, Chipotle, Cyclebar, Nordstrom Rack, Pandora, Rocco’s Tacos, Tommy Bahama, Ulta, Whole Foods, and Z Gallerie. There is also a vibrant year-round event calendar with most events free and open to the public.

10 minutes away is Gulf Shore Drive, home to some fabulous, high-end, beachside dining and hotels – The Turtle Club, Baleen, and the Ritz Carlton, to name a few. Grocery stores, including Trader Joes, Publix and Wholefoods, are close by. The Waterside luxury shopping area is around an 12-minute drive, The Village Shops on Venetian Bay is a 15 minute drive, and you can be in 5th Avenue, Downtown Naples, the stunning botanical gardens, and Naples Zoo in around 20 minutes. We are 30 minutes from Southwest Florida Int’l Airport in Ft. Myers and 25 minutes from Naples Airport.

If you’re driving to Vanderbilt Beach, there’s a main drop-off point where you can unload your beach chairs and gear on the circle before parking. Vanderbilt Beach has parking for 375 cars, and you will have to pay the parking fee for the whole day. It is best to arrive early during busy periods, as they close the gates once full. The metered parking spaces use credit-card-friendly pay stations. The parking garage is just west of The Ritz hotel entrance.

There is another, quieter Beach Access point at the end of 111th Ave (Blue Bill Access), however the parking is before the bridge and then there is a fairly lengthy walk to the beach.

Delanor Wiggins beach and state Park has plenty of parking and is a beautiful spot to rent kayaks and explore the mangroves.

There is very easy driving access to both US41 and I75 for RSW airport, Fort Myers and Sanibel to the north and Old Naples and Marco Island to the south. There is also good UBER and LYFT services for those nights out, or if you are without a car.

• We want you to have the best vacation experience and want to ensure that the house is right for your needs. If you request to book, we will be in touch to ask a little about your vacation plans prior to approving your booking request.
• This is a no smoking home; no smoking is allowed anywhere on the campus to include the outdoor space.
• This home does NOT allow pets.

PLEASE READ THROUGH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS BEFORE BOOKING TO ENSURE A TROUBLE-FREE VACATION FOR ALL!
1) The minimum age required to book this unit is 18 and that person MUST be staying at the property for the duration of the booking.
2) The maximum number of guests allowed for occupancy is 8. You will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds given, if management determines that bookings have been made under false pretenses, guests are underage, or guest numbers exceed eight.
3) Our goal is that you have an excellent stay, and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager upon arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you within 24 hours.
4) No smoking or vaping on the premises or inside. Violation of this rule will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
5) Please do not set the AC below 73 degrees as this may cause freeze-up and loss of cooling. Please always leave on Auto. Please make sure to keep all windows and doors shut when the AC is running to maintain maximum efficiency and to ensure that the unit does not burn out.
6) Pets. No pets are allowed on the premises.
7) This home is in a residential neighborhood and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole and keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm.
8) The maximum number of cars allowed to park on the property is 4. There is no garage access.
9) We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable. This also allows us time to repair/replace before the next guests arrive.
