The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests. The kitchen includes granite countertops and is equipped for shared meals, with a dining table, stainless steel electric stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and cooking basics.

The neighborhood is primarily residential, making it a relaxing place to unwind while still being close to the activity and entertainment of Big Bear Lake.
Getting Around:
Bearlagio is conveniently located for exploring Big Bear Lake on foot or by car. Big Bear Marina is about a 10-minute walk away, and The Village is approximately a 12-minute walk from the home, putting restaurants, shops, cafés, and entertainment within easy reach.
A car is recommended for trips to Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, grocery stores, and other attractions around the lake. Parking is available in the driveway for up to four vehicles.
