Villa Romeu & Julieta is a charming family villa, lovingly preserved through four generations and beautifully renovated to offer every modern comfort while maintaining its unique identity, history and authenticity.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by an inviting entrance hall. To the right is a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and a comfortable double bedroom featuring a small private terrace, perfect for reading a book or simply enjoying a peaceful moment.

Straight ahead, the first social area opens into a bright open-plan layout, where the kitchen, dining area for 8 and living spaces flow together seamlessly.

Just three steps lead up to the elegant living room, a spacious area with high ceilings, a Smart TV, fireplace and large windows that flood the room with natural light. Expansive sliding glass doors open completely onto the generous covered terrace, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor living areas.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a central island, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, SMEG kettle, SMEG toaster and everything you need to prepare family meals.

The outdoor area has been designed to make the most of the Algarve lifestyle. It features a comfortable lounge area, outdoor dining space, charcoal barbecue, private garden and a magnificent saltwater swimming pool, which can be heated at an additional cost. The entire area is surrounded by mature landscaping, providing exceptional privacy and tranquillity.

On the first floor, there are two elegant en-suite bedrooms. One features a double bed and the other two single beds, both beautifully decorated to ensure comfort, privacy and restful nights. The master suite also benefits from a private balcony overlooking the prestigious Pinhal Golf Course.

On the lower floor lies one of the villa's greatest surprises: an outstanding cinema room with a fibre optic star ceiling, creating a truly magical atmosphere for family movie nights or moments of complete relaxation.

Villa Romeu & Julieta is ideally located in one of Vilamoura's most desirable residential areas, just minutes from the Marina, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and all essential amenities, while offering peace, privacy and easy access to everything the Algarve has to offer.

To ensure complete comfort throughout the year, the villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling), double glazing and a heat pump system for hot water.

Outside, the villa offers generous leisure areas, including covered terraces, an outdoor dining area seating up to 8 guests, landscaped gardens, a charcoal barbecue and a magnificent private heated saltwater swimming pool (available at an additional cost). The pool features Roman steps, a water quality monitoring system, an outdoor shower, 2 sun loungers, outdoor sofas and bean bags, creating the perfect setting to enjoy long sunny days.

HEATED POOL: Available upon request at an additional cost of €450 per week.

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: Available for 6 consecutive days (4 hours per day) at an additional cost of €738.
