Architect's villa located 100 meters from the beaches, nestled at the top of a sand dune, surrounded by a forest of pines and holm oaks without any opposite.
The sea view is magnificent. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The house is surrounded by a large wooden terrace.
It is very bright thanks to large windows open to the south and west.
The accommodation
Villa of 150 m2.
The layout of the rooms is reversed: the bedrooms on the first floor: to keep cool in summer and the living rooms upstairs to better admire the sea view.
It is composed of:
First floor:
- 3 bedrooms, including 1 master bedroom (1 bed 160*200 and 2 beds 140*190)
- 1.5 bathroom (1 shower, 1 bath, 3 sinks)
- 1 office
- 1laundry area: washing machine
- 1 separate toilet
Upstairs:
- 1 living room open to the outside
- 1 open and equipped kitchen: crockery and cutlery, fridge freezer, oven, hob, Microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster...
- 1 WC
Outside:
- 1 large wooden terrace surrounds the floor, a staircase provides access to the garden (2 exposures: south and west). Large dining table and Weber barbecue. Armchairs, 2 sun loungers.
