Just a short walk to the Bear Parking Lot which takes you to the base of Beaver Creek in 7 min. 2 parking spaces, on bus line. 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 2 baths, dedicated workspace and all of the up to date amenities you will need for an escape to the mountains. Walking distance to Nottingham Park for fun in the sun actives or enjoy the winter frozen area to play hockey/ ice skate. Lots of shopping and eateries
right at your fingertips. Bear Lot is within walking distance having you at the base of Beaver Creek in 7mins. Easy access to the free Avon bus system and recreation path for walking along the river and biking into town.
Your home away from home is very close to the free shuttle at the Bear Lot, and the Beaver Creek Landing ski lift. No need to find parking and lug your ski n ride equipment through town. If you have little kids, you know how hard that can get! There’s a delicious Mexican restaurant right down the street, Agave, with $1 taco’s on Tuesdays and some delicious Margaritas.
