There are no hallways, elevators, or shared entrances between the apartment and the outdoor areas. You can walk barefoot back from the beach, return from the pool in your swimwear, or let the children move easily between the garden and the pool area.
For families, this layout is particularly convenient: parents can relax on the terrace while staying close to the children’s pool and play areas, without the risks associated with elevated terraces.
