HOUSE RULES:
Ø Quiet time is from 8.30PM to 8.30AM
Ø Not party, No Smoke, No open flames, or candles
Ø No Throwing anything from the balconies
Ø Please follow the rules as per the signs in common areas.
Ø Abusive or disruptive
Behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from the
Property & no refund will be given.
Please return the keys to the United Service Station attendant for checkout.
Any Keys not returned will incur a $200 replacement fee.
The check in/check out instructions will be sent via email 24 hours prior to check-in only after ID and damage deposit pre authorization of $300 is held against a credit card.
Please call to process the payment minimum 24 hours prior to check and between the hours of 9am. and 4 .pm
