Bright, clean, separate guest suite sleeps up to 6 with 2 queen bedrooms + sofa bed. Recently renovated living room & bedrooms; kitchen/bathroom are older but fully equipped. PS5, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, coffee & tea, breakfast sandwich maker, central A/C & heat plus suite heaters. Private entrance through our yard (yard not included). Free street parking. Steps to Broadway, 5 min to Kits Beach & 4th Ave, 15 min downtown, 20 min YVR. Quiet hosts upstairs.
