The house is just under 2,000 sqft, 3 bedrooms with 8 beds, 2 full baths. Has a 6 seat dining table, and grill with propane provided. There is a 2 level boat dock with table and chairs and 2 layout chairs. The fishing is great and so is the lake.
Front and backdoors use key pads, and there is ample parking for 2 cars under the carport and in the driveway.
Located in the lovely Del Mar subdivision, right on the shores of Cedar Creek Lake. The subdivision has a park, with BBQ grills, a basketball court and a pavilion for hosting outdoor picnics or events.
