Space:
Mornings begin on the balcony, coffee in hand, as the Gulf turns from silver to emerald and the beach wakes below. The view is yours for the length of your stay.
The residence unfolds across three floors, each served by a private elevator.
The first floor is given over to leisure. A king suite with a private bath, and a lounge appointed for long evenings: a full bar with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, and microwave, an arcade cabinet, theater recliners, and four televisions. A sleeper sofa and full bath complete the floor, and sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace.
The second floor holds the heart of the home. A king bedroom and a bunk room for four share a Jack-and-Jill bath, while the main living space gathers around a kitchen designed for sixteen: an expansive island with seating, two dishwashers, and a dedicated ice maker, so the evening is never interrupted by its own logistics. The living room opens onto a covered balcony with dining for eight, lounge seating, and the Gulf beyond the rail. Dinner outdoors becomes the house tradition.
The third floor is the retreat. Three king suites, each with a private bath, culminating in the Gulf-front grand suite: water views from bed, a freestanding soaking tub set against the windows, an oversized walk-in shower, dual vanities beneath a chandelier, and a private coffee and beverage station. The morning ritual, and the evening one, need never leave the floor.
Six full baths and two half baths ensure that sixteen guests move through the day without compromise.
The grounds are composed with equal care. The pool extends the length of the yard, a raised spa spilling gently into it, bordered by soft lawn and full privacy fencing. The cabana houses a complete outdoor kitchen: built-in grill, griddle, sink, and beverage refrigerator, with bar seating, an open-air dining table, and a television. A half bath in the pool house keeps the indoors pristine. As evening settles, the fire pit beneath the palms draws the night to a close.
A six-passenger electric golf cart and six bicycles are included.
Throughout the home, the finishes speak quietly: shiplap walls, wood-inlay ceilings, chevron paneling, considered lighting, and a palette of white and seafoam drawn from the water across the street.
Guest Access:
The residence is yours in full: all three floors, the elevator, the pool and spa, the cabana with its outdoor kitchen and half bath, the fire pit, the lounge and bar, both balconies, the fenced grounds, and the paver drive with parking for several vehicles. The golf cart and bicycles are included with your stay. The garage is not available to guests. Self check-in via smart lock, at any hour.
The Neighborhood:
Casa Elcoqui rests on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, where original beach cottages stand alongside new construction and the shoreline remains wide, low-density, and serene. The water here is clear to the sand. Pier Park lies minutes east, with its shopping, dining, and Ferris wheel above the Gulf. The boutiques and beach towns of Scenic 30A lie minutes west. Close to everything, beside nothing.
Getting Around:
The beach waits directly across the street. The included golf cart and bicycles carry you easily through the neighborhood: to Pier Park, along the coast, past every parking lot. For journeys further afield, the paver drive accommodates several vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
The home is newly built; you will be among its first guests. The pool may be heated for $75 per day, October 1 through May 1. The primary guest must be 25 or older. For security, exterior cameras cover the front entry and driveway only; there are no cameras inside the home or at the pool. Smoking is not permitted. Events require prior approval. The elevator serves all three floors for those who prefer to forgo the stairs.
Interaction with Guests:
We are Downtime, a small team based in Panama City Beach. We answer when you write: dinner reservations, additional linens, a fishing charter, whatever the day requires. We maintain a deliberately small collection of homes so that each receives our complete attention. Your privacy, our care, minutes away.
