Luxury duplex penthouse set over two floors with stunning roof terrace and views across Parque Torre Leonera and surrounding nature. Sleeps families or groups comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas and outdoor dining spaces. Located in the peaceful gated Las Mozas community, just a short walk to town, with pool, gardens, pétanque court, WiFi, smart TVs and full air conditioning throughout.
This is an incredible penthouse apartment over two floors. The first floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, livingroom, east facing balcony with view over the beautifully landscaped Parque Torre Leonera, a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room.
The upper floor has a double bedroom, living room with a double sofa bed, shower room and kitchen. The jewel in the crown is the incredible roof terrace with views over the stunning surrounding nature. Dining and lounge furniture is available for both roof terrace and first floor balcony.
All indoor areas are fully air conditioned. There is WiFi and smart TVs on both floors.
The apartment is located within the Las Mozas urbanisation; a small, gated community which is a short walk from the town centre. Las Mozas is a tranquil urbanisation and as a guest you will be able to enjoy the pool area, refurbished in 2026, as well as picking your own fruit from the trees in the communal gardens or why not a game of pétanque on the court?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets and this is a non smoking property.
You will have access to the whole property, communal pool and gardens.
The area
Benahavís is a traditional whitewashed village in the mountains, about 15 min drive from the coast and the Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara, which has a beautiful promenade and beach, and about 20 minutes from Marbella.
The village is known as a gastronomic hotspot and there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants to explore.
Benahavís is surrounded by natural beauty and the Gualdamina river runs along the outskirts of the village, where you can try canyoneering if you’re feeling adventurous, or go for a swim in the clear mountain water. Benahavís village has its own public swimming pool, driving range and tennis / padel courses (all free of charge to book via the council website) and there are several golf courses as well as walking tracks nearby.
