The Space:
Welcome to your spacious coastal sanctuary on Marco Island, designed for ultimate relaxation and luxury. This expansive five-bedroom home features bright, open-plan living spaces with high ceilings and large windows framing beautiful water views.
Sleeping Arrangements:
First Floor:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, direct access to the pool deck.
Second Bedroom: King bed.
Third Bedroom: Queen bed.
Second Floor:
Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed and a daybed.
* Fifth Bedroom: Queen bed, mini fridge, bar, and private balcony access.
With three full bathrooms and one half bath, all stocked with essentials, the home provides ample convenience. A dedicated office space is equipped with a printer and high-speed internet, perfect for remote work. For fitness, a full set of dumbbells and a yoga mat are provided.

The heart of the residence is a modern white kitchen with a striking blue countertop and state-of-the-art appliances. Guest Access:
Guests will have complete and private access to the entire house and its grounds. This includes all five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bath, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and the dedicated office space.
Waterfront Amenities:
Exclusive use of the dock for water activities. You are welcome to tie up your boat directly to the dock (boat lift is not available).
Extra dock bumpers for your convenience.
A lit plexiglass panel allows you to watch fish swimming below.
