Located in a quiet Pigeon Forge neighborhood just minutes from the Parkway, The Game Changer keeps you close to the area’s attractions, restaurants and entertainment while giving you a peaceful place to escape the crowds. This dog-friendly, four-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably sleeps nine guests and is designed to be far more than somewhere to spend the night.

With two living rooms, a huge game room, three fireplaces and entertainment around nearly every corner, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, play and reconnect. The lower-level living room features an impressive 85-inch Smart TV with stereo sound for movie nights, karaoke sessions and game-day viewing. The main-level living room includes a 75-inch Smart TV, and every bedroom has its own 55-inch Smart TV.
The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats eight, to share meals, plan the day’s adventures or settle in for a competitive board-game night.

*ESSENTIALS*
We provide you with a starter pack of essentials to get you started. These are just starters so you may need to purchase or bring additional items with you for your stay.
Items include- coffee pack, paper towel, hand & body soap, shampoo, trash bags, toilet paper, liquid dish soap & dish washer detergent.
*DOGS*
We are happy to host your furry friend. We accept 2 dogs. Dog fee of $75 per dog will apply at booking. Please note that the second dog fee may show as an additional $75 charge. All pets must be house-trained, stay off furniture, and be kept in a crate when unattended. One large crate provided but the guest is responsible for cleaning of the crate after use. Dogs are not to be locked in rooms as an alternative to crating. Please bring your own dog bedding. House blankets & towels are not for dog use. All pet waste must be picked up. Fees of $250 will apply if dog waste is not picked up. Please note that guests are responsible for paying all fees related to damage or excessive cleaning. This includes damage to the yard from digging.
We have our home on a rigorous, professional pest control schedule to keep bugs at bay. However, because this is a natural area, it’s impossible to eliminate every single one. While we do everything we can to minimize their presence, you may occasionally see a bug—it’s just part of being in nature!
Fire Table- 1 - 20lb tank of LP is included with the rental. If additional tanks are requested, they can be purchased for an additional $60 each.
Cameras- There are exterior security cameras located at the home. Front entry, both sides of the home and one in the backyard that captures the fire areas.
