With beautiful lakefront surroundings, a comfortable layout, and everything you need for a peaceful escape, this is the perfect place to disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with nature, family, and friends.

KITCHEN & DINING

The cabin features a convenient kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Please note that there is no oven. The space is ideal for simple meals before heading out on the lake or relaxing after a full day of fishing.

The lakefront location is the star of this getaway! Panguitch Lake is known for fantastic fishing, and many of our guests book specifically for their fishing adventures.

Many guests choose to rent a pontoon for their entire stay, making it easy to spend your days out on the water and your evenings relaxing back at the cabin.

Important Fish-Cleaning Rule: Fish cannot be cleaned inside the cabin. A dedicated fish-cleaning station is located near the boat docks. When coming up from the docks, simply walk up the stairs and the fish-cleaning station will be right there.

We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful stay. While we respect your privacy and will not be on-site, we are readily available via the messaging app or phone to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit.

The cabin has its own parking area with enough space for a large truck and a recreational vehicle such as a RAZR/side-by-side. A maximum of 2 regular vehicles can fit.

4WD/AWD and snow tires or chains are highly recommended from December through the end of March, or whenever snow and icy conditions are present. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly equipped and capable of safely accessing the property in winter conditions. Vistay is not responsible for any vehicle-related issues, damage, towing, or difficulties accessing the property due to snow, ice, or winter road conditions.
- Important Fish-Cleaning Rule: Fish cleaning is not permitted inside the cabin. A dedicated fish-cleaning station is conveniently located near the boat docks. Simply walk up the stairs from the docks and you’ll find the station nearby.
- No food is allowed in the living room.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue
- Keep pets off the furniture
- No parties or large gatherings
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
