THE WHOLE HOUSE IS YOURS
All 6 bedrooms, all 3.5 bathrooms, the pool, the hot tub, the game room and the backyard. Fifteen people sleep here comfortably and nobody ends up on a couch. No shared spaces, no host on site.
This is a house for the trip where everybody comes, the cousins, the grandparents, the friends you have known since high school. Most "big" rentals hand you square footage and hope for the best. This one is set up so a group of fifteen can be together when they want to be and apart when they need to be.
THE SPACE
Six bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms. The kitchen and living area are open and big enough that the whole group can actually be in the same room, with enough separation that the kids can run and the adults can still hear each other.
THE BACKYARD
This is the reason people book the house. A private pool and a heated hot tub. An outdoor fireplace for the evenings. A full outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a Blackstone griddle, so you can feed fifteen people breakfast without anyone leaving the property which, once you have priced out fifteen people at a Tampa brunch spot, is the entire point.
GAME ROOM
A classic Pac-Man arcade cabinet in a dedicated room. It is where the teenagers disappear to in the afternoon and where the adults end up around eleven.
