About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned holiday home with a swimming pool for rent in Le Moule. It has a floor area of 125 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
All the rooms in the house are on one level. It is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- Two bathrooms with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 8m x 4m, open all year round, weather permitting.
- A 38 m² covered terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 400 m²
The house is ideally situated in Le Moule, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (space for 2 vehicles).
Guadeloupe-Maryse Condé Airport is approximately 20 km away. A car is essential to make the most of the region.
