About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming holiday home for rent in Villerville, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a floor area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 12 m² living room with a TV, sofa and armchairs
- A conservatory with a dining area
- A fully fitted open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a single bed (90×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 16.25 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Villerville, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more.
Things to do:
- Villerville’s historic town centre
- Beach: swimming, relaxing and sunsets
- Walking: a stroll along the coastal path and the cliffs
- Heritage: a leisurely stroll through the authentic charm of Villerville
- Nature: panoramic views of the Seine estuary and plenty of fresh air
- Deauville: a stroll along the Planches, shopping and lively outdoor cafés
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park near the house (paid parking).
