About this apartment rental
After a full day exploring Melbourne’s laneways, markets and riverside walks, this laid-back studio offers an easy base to rest and recharge in the heart of the CBD. Natural light filters through tall windows in the living area, where a sofa and wall-mounted TV create an easy spot to wind down, while split-system air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round. A nearby dedicated workspace provides a quiet corner for remote work. From here, step onto the private balcony — a small, airy outdoor space perfect for fresh air or a morning coffee.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for simple meals at home. With a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and essentials, it’s perfect for preparing quick bites. As the studio does not include a dining area, you may prefer grabbing something on the go or dining out at the local cafés, restaurants, and late-night eateries just a short walk away.
The sleeping area is seamlessly integrated into the open layout, centred around a queen bed dressed in fresh linens for restful nights after a day exploring the city. Just beside it, the bathroom features a walk-in shower, modern vanity and complimentary toiletries. A convenient washer–dryer combo is also tucked within the bathroom, making it easy to keep up with laundry during longer stays.
Within the building, you can access the shared gym and sauna, ideal for a quick workout or a relaxing wind-down. Please note there is no mailbox access, and although the apartment sits within a hotel building, reception services are not available to guests.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire studio to yourselves, along with access to the building's shared sauna and gym. Please make yourselves at home!
