Welcome to our inviting apartment, a comfortable home base for up to 3 guests in one of Edinburgh's most charming corners. This lovely property offers 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed.



All areas are private for your exclusive use, including a bathroom with a bathtub and shower head, a well-equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, and a nice, inviting living room where you can relax after a day out. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and the only stairs are 5 steps outside the building to reach the key safe box, where you'll collect and return the apartment keys at the beginning and end of your stay.



Please note that the courtyard is not accessible to guests and does not form part of the rental.



Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.



Please note there is no car park and no free parking. Parking directly outside is permit only, and no permits are provided. Guests will need to look for pay-and-display parking elsewhere, such as at Manor Place, and walk from there.



You'll be perfectly placed to explore all that Edinburgh has to offer. Just moments away lies the picturesque Dean Village, with its historic buildings and the tranquil Water of Leith walkway winding through the city. Art lovers will enjoy the nearby Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, while the fashionable West End, the charming shops and cafes of Stockbridge, and Edinburgh's iconic city centre - with Princes Street, the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle - are all within easy reach.



Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.
